A school born from a conviction
It started when we became parents
Becoming parents changed everything. We watched our child pick up new things with disarming ease, lit up by curiosity and joy - and we kept asking ourselves the same question: how do we keep that spark alive once school begins?
Finding Montessori
Looking for an approach that matched our values - respect for the child, trust in their abilities, the joy of learning - we came to Montessori. We trained in 2017, convinced this was the method that took children's real needs seriously.
The school takes root in Nguérigne
After a first venture in Dakar, an opportunity opened up on the Petite Côte. We designed and built our own campus from the ground up, with the outdoors and nature woven straight into everyday learning. Today, the school in Nguérigne Bambara hosts three environments - from 18 months to 12 years - in a bright, green setting a few minutes from Ngaparou.
